Track delivery :

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your parcel.

You can also track your order in your "My account / My orders" area

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, after receipt, you have 30 days to return your order (60 days for Christmas purchases made between November 1st and December 24th)

For a simplified return and a quick refund, we invite you to declare your return online:

1 - Make your return request on our site, in my space "My account / My orders"

2 - Choose your return method.

3 - Drop off your parcel at the post office of your choice!

You'll receive an e-mail to let you know when your refund has been processed. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
